IF YOU OPEN YOUR HEART TO OTHERS, LIFE ITSELF CAN LIFT YOU UP HIGHER AND HIGHER UNTIL IT REACHES THE PERFECT HARMONY WHERE YOU LIVE IN PURE JOY BECAUSE THERE IS NO MORE SEPARATION OR DOUBT, AND EVERYTHING FEELS RIGHT WITH THE WORLD. THIS IS CALLED ASCENSION.

Ascension is about lifting up and carrying the positive energy of the light into our own lives.

It's about living a happier and more peaceful life by helping others.

Through ethical living and helping other people, we can lift ourselves out of the disharmony and suffering caused by the dark forces and their related dramas.

The result is a spiritual awakening to a higher state of consciousness with direct, unconditional contact with source energy, which can be used to help us successfully oppose suppression by overcoming it with love.

As long as we live in the third dimension, we will be subject to the forces of darkness. Ascension is the only way to break free from this cycle and enter a new realm of being where we can experience true happiness and freedom.

The first step in preparing for ascension is to recognize that we are in a battle with the dark forces, who are trying to keep us in conflict and struggling.

Unconsciously, we have already given them a tremendous amount of power. We must not give them any more power or energy than they already have.

This involves being aware of our thoughts and feelings, as they are a reflection of our emotions. When we feel fear, anger, or sadness, we need to acknowledge it and make an effort to change it into love instead.

This also means that we need to be careful about our dominant thought pattern; we should only focus on good things about ourselves and others if we want to create positive changes in our lives.

When we pay attention only to the negative things around us (such as always complaining about something or someone), then this attention becomes self-centeredness, which causes disharmony within ourselves and with others around us.

The second step is to understand that there are many ways of defeating these dark forces: through prayer and visualization; through acting out our intentions for change; through making positive choices in our daily lives; and by working together with other lightworkers.

The third step is to learn how to use our energy wisely so that it does not go to waste or be used against ourselves or others. This can be achieved through the practice of meditation and other breathing exercises that help us concentrate on what we want while avoiding distractions.

The fourth step is to understand how powerful we really are as human beings and how powerful our connection with source energy really is. We need only open our minds and hearts so that we can feel the love within ourselves and around us.

As we work toward ascension, we need to focus on raising our vibration and aligning ourselves with the higher frequencies of light so that we can be a positive force on Earth and in the Universe.

This will allow us to create miracles on Earth and in the Universe, because miracles only happen when we have high vibrations!

We must overcome these dark forces through our own willpower and determination and work on ourselves in order to rid ourselves of the negative energy that keeps us trapped in this third dimension.

In order to prepare ourselves for ascension, we need to start right now by learning to listen to our intuition, understanding that there's no such thing as coincidence, making time for quiet reflection and meditation, practicing self-love and gratitude, being aware of our physical sensations, and acting on them according to what we want instead of what we think others want from us.

We are living in a time where everything around us is so much faster than we are. We respond to things that aren't even happening to us yet. This is a trend that has no end, but it doesn't have to be that way. You don't have to be like everyone else. There is room for change in the world.

Change what you can control: yourself. Through this process, you can reclaim your center and create a space where you know who you are, which guides your perception of the world. Step into this space and recognize that you don't have to react to everything around you.

If we find the courage and wisdom to rise above our limitations, we can effect a transformation in ourselves and in the world around us.

If you open your heart to others, life itself can lift you higher and higher until it reaches the perfect harmony where you live in pure joy because there is no more separation or doubt, and everything feels right with the world. This is called ascension.
