The Federation is working closely with lightworkers and starseeds - those who originate from other star systems and dimensions. These individuals carry high vibrational energies and spiritual codes designed to raise the collective vibration on Earth. The Galactic Federation assists them in awakening and coming into alignment with their higher purposes here.
The Federation is transmitting high-frequency energy waves to Earth in order to accelerate humanity's awakening. They are seeding increased light and consciousness through stellar activations and alignments. Some lightworkers in direct communication with the Federation relay specific information about humanity's evolution into the fifth dimension.
Kundalini Energy and Spiritual Awakening:
Kundalini energy resides at the base of the spine, lying dormant in most people until awakened. The awakening of kundalini energy leads to an expansion of consciousness and connection to the divine.
The kundalini awakening process involves the energy rising up through the central channel and stimulating the chakras. As each chakra is activated by the rising kundalini, new states of awareness and abilities emerge.
A fully awakened kundalini opens pathways to higher states of consciousness and multidimensional perceptions. The energy rising through the crown chakra can induce transcendent states and temporary dissolution of the ego and identification with form.
In addition to expanded consciousness, kundalini awakening confers intuition, psychic sensitivity, and access to inner wisdom. Integrating the Energies:
The process of Kundalini awakening can be intensely powerful and transformative. As the energetic frequency rises in our being, we will experience a variety of physiological, emotional, mental, and spiritual effects. While blissful at times, the shifts can also feel chaotic and challenging. Self-care and grounded integration practices are essential to embrace and align with the changes.
As our energy system clears blocks and opens new pathways, we must release and let go of outmoded 3D structures and paradigms in our lives. This makes space for the emerging 5D consciousness to unfold. We learn to live more from an open heart, with compassion, connecting to our intuition and inner wisdom.

Daily grounding practices help stabilize the intense spiritual energies as we adjust to operating at higher vibrational frequencies. Spending time in nature, meditation, yoga, breathing exercises, crystals, and music is beneficial. Regular bodywork like massage can also help integrate the energies. A supportive community and spiritual mentor can provide guidance during challenging periods of the awakening process.

This is just an incredible, accessible and comprehensive guide to ascension. While I am still in the dietary phase( working on transitioning from vegetarian to vegan), I can see that this resonates with infinite love to the very core of of me and it has helped me tremendously.
