Awakening the Warriors Mastery of the Mind
To embark on the journey of becoming a spiritual warrior of light is to embark on a path of mastery over the mind. It's about sharpening our mental faculties, honing our inner strength, and cultivating a mindset of victory. In a recent class I taught, we delved into the essence of this warrior spirit, exploring the power of celebrating our victories, harnessing our energy, and embracing our infinite potential.
As spiritual warriors, we understand that energy is the currency of existence. Without it, we're powerless to manifest our desires and fulfill our purpose. Yet, all too often, we squander our energy by dwelling on our weaknesses and shortcomings. This habitual focus on our limitations drains us of vital life force and diminishes our personal power.
Many of us carry the scars of childhood wounds inflicted by those who doubted our worthiness. We've been told we're not smart enough, not capable enough, not deserving enough. But as warriors of light, we reject these limiting beliefs and embrace the truth of our infinite potential. We understand that our past does not define us and that our worthiness is inherent.
In the Aquarian age, the path of the warrior is one of victory and self-affirmation. It's about standing tall in the face of adversity, trusting in our abilities, and knowing that we are worthy simply because we exist. This is not arrogance but a profound recognition of our inherent divinity.
Central to our journey is the power of sound, vibration, and rhythm. Through practices such as pranayama, mantra, and rhythmic movement, we can rewire our brains, elevate our consciousness, and unlock our full potential. The science of mantra teaches us that sound is the fabric of the universe, shaping our reality and sculpting our experiences.
Every word we speak, every thought we think carries a vibrational frequency that reverberates throughout our being and the world around us. By consciously choosing empowering mantras and affirmations, we can reshape our reality and manifest our deepest desires.
The physical practices of yoga and meditation serve as the foundation for our spiritual evolution. Through asana, pranayama, and meditation, we prepare our bodies and minds to receive the transformative power of sound. We open ourselves to the infinite possibilities of existence and align with the universal flow of energy.
But our journey doesn't end there. It's not enough to simply perform the physical practices; we must embody their teachings in every aspect of our lives. We must cultivate a mindset of discipline, commitment, and resilience, knowing that true mastery is forged through dedication and perseverance.
As we navigate the complexities of modern life, it's easy to become overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, and uncertainty. This is just an incredible, accessible and comprehensive guide to ascension. While I am still in the dietary phase( working on transitioning from vegetarian to vegan), I can see that this resonates with infinite love to the very core of of me and it has helped me tremendously. Every aspect of my life has changed for the better since I began reading it. It is inspiring me to “create” some of the best music I have ever composed.
