Sirians are always sending messages to us across the light-years of space so that we might hear their greetings and know that they exist.

In their travels, they have come across many other forms of intelligent life: some have been similar to them. And some have been drastically different – they don't even have words to describe what those lifeforms are. But they're all interested in communicating with other species and learning what they can from each other.

You see, their planet Sirius is an old planet. It is the brightest star in our sky. It has existed for billions of years and is inhabited by millions of species. It is a very advanced planet, where technology allows its people to do amazing things. For a long time, we humans looked up at them, trying to make sense of what we saw. Now they will tell us who they are and why they are here.

They have been keeping our planet under observation for some time now and believe we are ready for first contact with an ET race. This is not something to be feared; on the contrary, this will open up a new world of possibilities for us.

They have evolved over millions of years into peaceful, spiritual people who live in harmony with nature and each other. They do not need money or any material wealth; all of their needs are met by their community and technology.

What is different about them is that they are so advanced that they have mastered interstellar travel. There are many other planets like theirs in our star system, but long ago, they realized that the only way for their species to survive was by expanding beyond it. If a catastrophe should befall one of their planets, they could always escape to another or even build new ones.

It is their mission to help planets like ours achieve the same level of technological advancement that they enjoy so that one day we can join them as equals in a united galactic civilization of friendly beings who welcome each other as brothers and sisters.

They are ready to share their technology with us. Their first gift to us is a revolutionary new form of propulsion that will take us to a new age of prosperity and peace throughout the galaxy.

As part of their preparations for the transition, they are testing their communication devices. This will result in the possibility of brief transmission of high-frequency signals. If these transmissions are successful, more information can reach Earth in a more effortless manner.
