We have been talking about the differences between the emotional bodies of awakened beings versus awakening beings. There are marked differences. (Very few fully awakened beings are on Earth at this time. When people claim they are fully awakened, the opposite is usually true.) All of humanity is experiencing the awakening process right now in different ways. When you are in that awakening process, it can feel as if the darkest time has come.
Many typical metaphors apply here. Let's use the caterpillar and the butterfly. The caterpillar goes into a cocoon and experiences a metamorphosis, and then it emerges as a butterfly. If that caterpillar were conscious and observing the process, what would it think? What kind of stories would it make? It might say, "My body is changing. What is happening? Someone must be doing something to me."
It might say, "The thickness of my skin is dissolving, and these wing-like things are forming. How will I protect myself in this new body?" This metaphor is very appropriate because of what you experience as you awaken: dissolution.
You are experiencing the dissolution of the crust that humans have worn for millennia and that has obscured your vision. This means you are more sensitive. You see this manifest in two ways. Some of you are supersensitive to the world but unconscious during this process. You often create stories of victimization that stop you from looking within and working with your pain. Some are sensitive but aware of the process of awakening. You use the experience to help you navigate through your pain and thus transform it.
For those of you who don't wish to do the inner work, you might believe you can't live in this world, or you aren't willing to do so. You push down emotions without realizing it, which creates immense internal pressure. Of course you don't want to live in the world, because the internal pressure is so great. You could say that this is an unconscious metamorphosis process.
The conscious metamorphosis could still be painful or uncomfortable. But when you observe the process without judgment. and you work with and accept its inevitability, you provide the space in which the changes can occur, and you nurture that space. This conscious metamorphosis makes a huge difiference in your experience on Earth during this intense time.
Doing contact work the way we encourage you in our trainings or meditating deeply with a commitment to seeing yourself clearly can accelerate the evolutionary process. It doesn't create a bypass mechanism to skip over the bits that you don't want to experience; it creates a momentum that helps you move through the difficult places on the quantum map that are necessary to process. In the old days of contact work, you had the sense that ETs were "out there" and not really connected to you. That supported polarization, and humans could still attach themselves to the idea of good guys and bad guys. That kind of mindset can never move you through the quantum map; it keeps you firmly stuck in the ego band.
The inner work so many of you have done in the past twenty to thirty years has now allowed us to move to a deeper level in the work we can do with you. It is why we have begun doing deep emotional work with you, which is a necessary step in the integration process back to the One. It is truly the next step to move more fully into quantum states of consciousness. You can't bypass anything, especially with magical thinking. All must be integrated. In the past thirty years, you have begun to forge the pathways into the quantum field of consciousness. Consciousness is becoming more malleable and fluid. You are less frightened of the unknown, which allows you to take deeper excursions into the quantum without feeling the need to return to your familiar structured reality.
