Do you feel like you're always on the move but going nowhere? Do you think you're "busy" all the time? Do you feel exhausted even when you haven't done much in your day?
You may be missing the main stealer of your energy. That which depletes you even when you're resting: Mental noise.
This so-called "mental noise" is nothing but old experiences that have turned into memories you play and keep replaying in your head like old cassettes. For the most part, those memories are not even yours! They belong to others!
Deactivating memory involves disengaging yourself from all the "shoulds" you have piled up for yourself. It consists in recognizing that all those things your mind says you're afraid of are other people's fears. It involves saying NO to all that internal chatter and stepping beyond those old apparent limitations.
Do you genuinely lead the most meaningful life you can, or do you await the approval of others? If you mind what others say, you'll stay forever in the shadow, blocking the light and power radiating from your soul.
Please, do not hide from the light. Do not delay your ascension because others may be afraid of the outcome. Your talents and gifts are essential to Earth's enlightenment.
It is time to live! It is time to express our true selves!
Why am I telling you all this?
It is my intention to activate cellular memory inside of you. The "good memories"!
Before you enter your body, specific memories are made available and stored genetically within you. These good memories are there even if you don't "see" them, and if activated will work wonders for you, even when you sleep.
Often you feel these rushes of electrical pulsation through your body, intense feelings, and emotions. These are memory activations that prepare you for your next quantum leap.
Sometimes you get confused because there is little difference between a DNA memory activation experience and an actual life experience. After all, this 3D reality is so well constructed.
That's where your heart will play an essential role in identifying DNA's new information. Be aware of your inspiration!
Even if you are a newly born soul and feel you have missed out on all the juicy happenings in the universe, you can have universal memory activated. But, for that, you'll have to work on your enlightenment.
For example, everyone wants to have been Egyptian or Atlantean, but there was only room for so many back then. Now you can become a part of them and access ancient teachings. But you'll have to stop playing those old cassettes and listen to a new set of recordings.
This concept gives you a clue about the flexibility of your reality!
Cosmic memory is like a pool or a pond inside your body; it needs to be refilled and refreshed with the reflecting ability of water. Water is what enhances memory in this physical body. (You must drink a lot of water throughout your day!)
Also, Kundalini's energy work and meditation fire the codes, activating the light-encoded filaments and bringing them into the light. These tiny fibers are filled with information, and kundalini energy moving through your body allows you to own your "good memories." Tune in to the wavelength of Cosmic memory.
Many of you are experiencing deep memories of manipulation and painful experiences. Even if you did not experience a specific thing, you have filaments that carry the entire history of all things in your blood.
The question is, how do we get those filaments to hook up and act together to give you the reality you want to experience?
The answer is simple. It's time to project a new movie.
Movies are made up of little squares or frames. You are like a big movie, cut and separated frame by frame so that each part of you is disconnected from all the others.
As you walk the path of ascension, DNA activation takes place. The energy this process brings to you reorganizes those tiny film clips and brings a story together inside of you that is personal, planetary, and galactic.
All of you are here to look into the dark because it is there you will find the understanding to ascend to the light. Be open to what you do not want to see. But do not stay there!
Keep rising! Keep expanding!
Keep your heart open, and trust that the pain you may experience now needs to be explored to release it. A new reality, full of light and love, will be born.

Aurora's first contact by the Galactic Federation happened when she was just six years old and for many years she was taken on ships regularly in order to get specific healing therapies and upgrades on a quantum level.
When she was 11 (1989) she was told that the internet would be invented to connect the earth-incarnated star people who were strategically placed all over the planet to begin their mission.
She had been in training for her entire human life to step in as a teacher, healer, and master guide when the time of the great awakening and global ascension for humanity was to come.
