REFUND POLICY

Digital Products
All digital purchases are final and non-refundable.
In case you signed up using one of the available payment plans:
All remaining installment payments have to be paid, and past payments are non-refundable.

Live Training

Live trainings are available to a limited number of students. If you take a spot, is it non-refundable and can't be cancelled.

Payment

You may choose between a one-time payment for the full training or a payment plan with installments.

We do not offer refunds for any of our payment plans.


What is a payment plan or installments?
A payment plan is a detailed plan for paying any outstanding debts. By buying a product or service with one of our payment plans, you agree to pay back a certain amount of money each month to repay the debt. These monthly payments are called installments and are non-refundable and can’t be canceled. Installments are to be continued until the outstanding debt is fully paid.
If you wish to pay the outstanding debt with a single payment, please send an email to contact@thegalacticfederation.com. In that case, you can pay off the remaining balance with one single payment, and we will cancel your payment plan and installments.

Services Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any live Zoom training registrations.

We do not offer refunds for missed live classes or entire trainings.
We do not offer refunds for missed virtual classes or entire trainings.

Jewelry and Crystal Returns

Initiate your return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping/tariff/customs, handling fees, or other non-product costs. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached inside its original packaging. This includes the integrity of the gems and crystals being intact without physical and energetic signs of wearing nor contact with lotions, perfumes, etc..

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method and insurance to mail your jewelry/crystal return.

Refunds

After receiving your jewelry or crystal return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

Please Note: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
