Most people will waste this Equinox.

They will post about it. They will journal about “new beginnings.” They will light candles, speak intentions, maybe even feel inspired for a day.

And three weeks later, nothing in their life will have structurally changed.

March 20 is not a seasonal mood shift. It is the astrological New Year. It is the moment the Sun enters 0° Aries — the ignition degree of the entire zodiac. This is where the cycle resets. This is where movement begins.

Day and night stand in perfect balance. Light and dark meet equally — and then the light begins to increase. In the body, this symmetry allows inner opposites to come back into alignment. In the nervous system, it is one of the cleanest reset points of the year.

The Galactic Federation of Worlds classifies the Spring Equinox as a power-gate because it initiates new trajectories. Aries does not contemplate. It declares. It cuts through delay. It launches.
