Starseed, before this month is over, your phone is going to light up with a name you thought was finished. A decision you have been circling about where you belong will stop waiting and make itself. And a question about money that you have been stepping around for years will sit down across from you and refuse to leave. None of that is a threat. It is a schedule — because October runs in reverse this year, and the ones who know the schedule walk through it collected while everyone else calls it chaos.

Here is the map. On October 3, Venus — the planet of love, worth, and everything you hold precious — turns backward in Scorpio for about forty days, until November 13. Love, money, and self-worth all go into review, and old people and old patterns return to be re-seen. If it has already started, you are not imagining it: Venus entered the shadow of this retrograde at the end of August, which is why the strange dreams began weeks ago. And Venus repeats her path every eight years — the last time she ran backward through these signs was the autumn of 2018. Whatever was happening in your heart then is connected by a straight line to what surfaces now. And one rule for everything that knocks this month: twenty-four hours. When the name lights up your phone — the ex, the friend, the old opportunity — wait one full day before answering. What is real survives a day. What is a loop usually cannot wait one.

On October 10, a new moon in Libra plants a quiet cycle in your relationships — not a new person, a new way of relating. Watch what you find yourself wanting around that day — something softer, slower, more mutual. That desire is not weakness. It is the first pattern planted by the person this review is turning you into. On October 15, Pluto turns forward in Aquarius, and the question I told you about in September — where do you actually belong — leaves your head and enters your life. The conversation gets had, the seat gets taken or given up, and what five months of private circling could not settle, the real world settles in weeks. Decide before the fifteenth, even if you tell no one. A starseed who knows where she stands walks through that door upright; the only bad position in late October is the fence.

On October 23, the Sun enters Scorpio and meets Venus in the heart of her retrograde — the day of clear sight, when a relationship or a desire is seen exactly as it is. On October 24, Mercury turns backward in Scorpio too, so say the important thing before the twenty-fourth: the boundary, the price, the apology. And hold this for comfort — Mercury and Venus both turn forward on the same day, November 13. The whole review lifts at once.

Then October 25, the Hunter's Moon — the full moon in Taurus, the sign of money, the body, and value itself, under the full pressure of Pluto. This is the month the money question finally sits down, and here is the starseed wound underneath it: somewhere early, you fused your worth with your usefulness. You learned you mattered when you were helping, so you built a life where you are endlessly useful and rarely paid — and then carried shame about struggling, as if it proved something spiritual was wrong with you. Nothing spiritual is wrong with you. An equation is wrong in you: usefulness is what you do, worth is what you are. Through October, every time you feel the flare of giving what was not honored, write down what it actually cost — the hours, the energy, the number. That receipt is the beginning of the repair, and the Hunter's Moon is where it gets settled.

October ends at a door. October 31 is Samhain, the old cross-quarter day when the veil between the worlds goes thin — the living and the departed standing closer than on any other day of the year. A month that reviews every unfinished bond among the living closes by opening the door to the bonds death did not finish either.

And over all of it stands the number. October is the tenth month of a ten year, and in the kundalini lineage the tenth body is the Radiant Body — presence, courage, the quality that makes a being unmistakable. A month of reviews and audits seems like a strange home for radiance, until you see what the month is actually doing. Radiance is not something you add. It is what is left when you stop carrying what is not yours. Venus strips the borrowed relationships, Pluto strips the pretended belonging, the Hunter's Moon strips the false price tags. October is not attacking you. It is polishing you.

Everything that comes back this month comes back to be completed by someone who is no longer who they were when it began. Files only return to the desk of the one authorized to close them. Close them well — and walk out of October carrying nothing that is not yours.
